- View your card balance.
- Lock/Unlock your Card
- View Card Spend
- Log a support ticket
- View you PIN
- View your Spend History (Your Pay, card spend for the month, the amount paid to your account)
How to download the Hi App for iPhone
Open the App Store on your iPhone
When the app store opens, go to the bottom right and select the search option.
Search for hi. group, and you will have the option to install it if you have not done so already or the option to open it if it's been installed
once the app is installed; you can find it in the search function on your phone
Reset my Hi App Password
If you have forgotten your password,
- Open Hi app
- Click the link ‘Forgot your password?’
- You will be prompted to enter your email to reset your password.
If an account exists with the email entered, a link will be sent to reset your password.
- Check your inbox for an email from Support@uk.hi.group
- Click on the Password Reset button in the email
- Enter the new password, click on the Password reset button
