Once logged on, you can enable your salary card.
To order your Hi Card, you must confirm the following personal details. Press the Confirm personal details button. If any of the information presented is incorrect, please get in touch with your employer directly to get this changed. Unfortunately, the Hi support team is unable to change your details directly.
A mobile phone number that can receive SMS text messages will be required. A verification code will be sent to the number submitted in the Hi App.
Upon receipt of the verification code, please enter as shown below
If you do not receive a code within three minutes, the option to resend will be available.
Your Card will be enabled when your mobile number is successfully verified.
Once your account details have been validated your Card will be posted to you. This will be sent via post and can take up to 10 working days.
