If you want to unenroll from the Hi program and cancel your Hi Card, please get in touch with your company's HR department or pension provider, and request the closure of your account and withdrawal from the program.
Once they contact us, we'll tell you what to expect and the next steps.
Cancelling within 14 days (Cooling-off period)
If you cancel your Hi Card within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date you received your Card, please let your employer or pension provider know, destroy and confirm to us by emailing the destruction support@uk.hi.group . If unused, then return the Card to us.
